Processing Time
Orders are carefully prepared and typically processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and arranging pickup when a delivery notice is provided. Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or not collected within the carrier’s holding period may be returned to Verde&Co.

If an order is returned to us because it was refused or not collected, please contact us. Any applicable refund will be processed once the package has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply if you request that the order be shipped again.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Verde&Co purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at verdestore85@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be approved by Verde&Co before being sent back.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or not collected within the carrier’s holding period may be returned to Verde&Co. Once the package is received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
