Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days. During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at verdestore85@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I return an item?
Yes, eligible unused and unopened items in their original condition and packaging may be returned with prior approval. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Yes. Our home fragrance products are thoughtfully handcrafted with care in small batches.
